Pulau Private Charters Terms & Conditions

Bookings

• 50% deposit is required to secure a booking.
• 100% of the charter fee must be paid a minimum of 48 hours before charter departure.
• Full payment is required immediately for bookings made within 48 hours of departure.
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Xendit, bank transfer (processing fees apply).
• Booking confirmation will be issued via email. Bring booking confirmation and original photo ID on departure.
• Pulau Group is not responsible for errors in booking details.

Changes and Cancellations

• Date changes within 7 days incur a fee of IDR 1,200,000.
• One free date change allowed (up to 14 days before charter), subject to availability.
• Cancelling a Jet-Ski after booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations by Harbor Master due to weather: alternative date or refund/voucher offered.
• Cancellations 90+ days before charter: Full refund.
• Cancellations 60–90 days: Refund 50% of amount paid (processing fees may apply).
• Cancellations within 48 hours: Non-refundable.
• Guest-related cancellations (e.g., illness, travel restrictions): No refund, but booking value transferable within 24 months.

Additional / Extra Hour Fees

• Extra time or delayed disembarkation incurs additional fees (also applies to DJ, media packages, masseuse services).

Corkage Fees

• Bringing your own alcohol incurs corkage fees:
• IDR 150,000 per wine/spirit bottle
• IDR 100,000 per 6-pack of beer
• Snacks, food, and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed.

Inclement Weather

• No charters depart without Harbor Master approval.
• If postponed due to weather, rescheduling or voucher options will be offered.
• Normal rainy season (October–March) involves patchy rain; swell between Bali and the islands is normal.
• Final decision rests with Captain and Crew for guest safety.

Damage

• Guests are liable for any damages to the vessel, premises, or vehicles.
• Pulau Group reserves the right to charge credit/debit cards for damages.

Force Majeure

• Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, wars, terrorism, etc.).
• Bookings affected by Force Majeure are extended for up to 24 months

Prohibited and Restricted Items

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, illicit drugs, and marijuana are strictly prohibited on board
• Pulau Private Charters reserves the right to deny boarding and report to authorities.

Disputes and Chargebacks

• By completing the booking process, you acknowledge and agree to all Pulau Private Charters Terms & Conditions, including our cancellation and refund policies.
• Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting Pulau Private Charters to resolve the matter will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• We reserve the right to recover any chargeback fees, costs, or losses incurred as a result.
• Guests agree that Pulau Private Charters' refund policies, as outlined above, shall apply in all circumstances.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
